Some sexologists think that paraphilias like homosexuality in the sense of immutability. But is homosexuality really immutable? Some people, including professionals in the field of sexology, risk to be accused in homophobia for responding negatively on this question. Homophobia aside, I would like to see scientific evidence about lability (or lack of the lability ) of paraphilias. References to modern studies are welcome here!
